GMB was retained by the Town of New Windsor to provide On-Call Professional Architectural and Engineering Services. GMB has been assigned the following Tasks under this On-Call contract:
- High Zone 375,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank – Review / Inspection for AT&T Cellular Work
- Wastewater Lagoon – Lagoon Dewatering / Decommissioning Planning, Permitting, Bidding and Construction Phase Services
- High Zone 375,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank – Review / Inspection of Additional AT&T LTE Upgrades
- Plan Review – Snader’s Summit Subdivision
- Low Zone 250,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank – Review / Inspection of Revised Sprint Antenna Upgrade
- Field Locate and GPS Survey of Water Line from Main Spring to Town
- Field Verification and Development of GIS Database of Existing Water, Sewer and Storm Drain Piping
- SHA Streetscape Planning Assistance
- Tibbett’s Industrial Park Sewer Feasibility Study
- Development of 10-Year Capital Improvement Program
- Sporlien Drive Storm Drain Replacement – Contract Documents
- High Zone 375,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank – Review / Inspection of Verizon Antenna Upgrades
- Preparation of Contract Documents for Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining in Maryland Route 31
- SHA Streetscape Utility Improvements – Design & Bid Phase Services
The four (4) Review / Inspection tasks above included review of concept and final drawings and structural calculations to install antenna equipment on the existing water storage tanks. In addition, the work included providing comments, concerns and recommendations regarding the design and its impact on the tank and antenna installation inspection to determine if any damage has occurred to the tank in the affected areas due to installation of antennas and components. A written report and digital photographs were provided to the Town with our findings during the inspection.
