Dean Culver joined the team of GMB in December 2014 and was promoted to Construction Services Group Leader in 2021. He brought over 15 years of prior construction inspection experience to GMB. He has worked on numerous water/wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, transmission, and distribution systems. Dean is experienced in overseeing the quality of workmanship, following contract documents, and monthly pay estimates. He is also experienced in testing procedures, preparing punch lists, and project close-out procedures. He is responsible for scheduling Construction Services Group resources.

Dean is a Delaware Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) and a NASSCO Certified Cured-In-Place Pipe (IITCP-CIPP) Inspector.
