New Staff Members

GMB welcomed the following new staff members to our offices over the past year:

Grace Anthony joined our Salisbury office as an Environmental Scientist in the Site/Sustainable Group. Grace has a degree in Environmental Studies from Salisbury University, as well as certifications in Maryland and Delaware in erosion and stormwater inspection.

Zach Barnes joined our Seaford office as a Graduate Engineer in the Civil/Municipal Group. Zach graduated from the University of Maryland where he studied Mechanical Engineering.

Ava Bullock joined our Salisbury office as an Architectural Designer in the Architecture Group. Ava graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and previously worked at our firm as an Intern.

Reese Carey joined our firm as a Resident Project Representative in the Construction Services Group. Reese has over 28 years of experience in the construction, safety, and transportation industries.

Kristopher Connor joined our Sparks office as a Graduate Engineer in the Civil/Municipal Group. Kris holds a degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from VA Tech and has over a decade of progressive engineering design experience.

George Hyde, P.E. joined our firm as a Senior Project Manager in the East Region. George has nearly 40 years of engineering experience, including 27 years as the City Engineer for the Cambridge, Maryland Department of Public Works.

Mason Kane joined our firm as a Network/ PC Technician. Mason has a degree in Computer Information Systems from Stevenson University. 

Sarah Mazzella joined our Salisbury office as a Geospatial Analyst in the Site/Sustainable Group. Sarah graduated from Salisbury University with dual degrees in Geo-Environmental Earth Science and Communications.

Joe Migliorini joined our Salisbury office as a CAD Drafter in the Architecture Group. He is a graduate of Salisbury University and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a graphics focus. Joe has a diverse background in design and prior experience as a General Manager and Creative Director.

Jillian Orr joined our firm as a Marketing Assistant. Jillian graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in communication.

Abigail O’Shields joined our Ocean View office as a Graduate Engineer in the Civil/Municipal Group. Abigail received a BS degree in Applied Physics from West Virginia Wesleyan and an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College.

Katie Owens was welcomed back to our firm as Payroll and Benefits Coordinator in the Accounting/Finance Group. Katie holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and previously worked for our firm in marketing and human resources roles.

Christian Rios joined our firm as a Survey Technician in the Surveying Group. Christian holds a Criminal Justice degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has prior experience in the surveying field.

Andrew Scalese joined our Salisbury office as a Graduate Engineer in the Water/Wastewater Group. Andrew completed a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Maryland and previously interned at our firm.

Kenny Stubbs was welcomed back to GMB as a Resident Project Representative (RPR). Kenny has over 35 years of experience, including 20 years in the field of water/wastewater construction, and previously worked for our firm in the mid-2000s.

Andrew Zanoni joined our Sparks office as a Graduate Engineer in the Water/Wastewater Group. Andrew received a degree in Civil Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania and previously completed a 3-month co-op with our firm.
