GMB Associate Receives National, Delaware & Virginia Accreditations

George, Miles & Buhr, LLC (GMB), would like to congratulate Associate Morgan H. Helfrich, AIA, LEED® AP, on receiving architectural licenses in the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Virginia, and also on obtaining Certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). As an NCARB Certificate holder, Ms. Helfrich has been deemed to meet the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
Ms. Helfrich has over 15 years of architectural experience, and has been with the firm of GMB for 7 years. She is specialized in a vast array of building types such as residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, municipal, and educational. Ms. Helfrich also holds a professional architectural license in the State of Maryland. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, which provides a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles.
Ms. Helfrich is currently serving as Project Manager for a new Fire Station at NASA’s Wallops Island Flight Facility, which is being designed to achieve LEED® NC 2009 Gold accreditation in a hurricane prone area.
